1856 – Culinary Residence is a small, intimate restaurant. We do not admit children under the age of 12 to dine in the restaurant. Children’s menus cannot be accommodated.
Tuesday – Thursday we offer a 5-course tasting menu at $85/person as well as an 8-course tasting menu at $125/person.
Friday – Saturday our 8-course tasting menu at $125/person is our sole offering.
A beverage pairing option by our Master Sommelier, Thomas Price, can be added whether making a reservation or at the time of service.

8-course tasting menu option includes 6 wines at $100/person
At the time of making a reservation, a deposit will be taken per person along with tax and 20% gratuity. The only form of deposit will be to hold your reservation.
