Reservations are now open through May 31st.

Join us for a leisurely à la carte lunch or for an elegant tasting menu dinner experience.

Graduation reservations for Spring 2024 will begin starting on April 5th.

Valet parking is available at The Laurel Hotel & Spa.

Any cancellations MADE within 48 hours of A reservation will not receive a refund.

Large parties above eight are not available at this time in the main dining room. If you are interested in reserving the private dining room please email 1856@auburn1856.com

We require a 48-hour notice to accommodate any dietary restrictions/allergies. Please note any dietary restrictions/allergies in the pre-visit questions asked on Tock. Any requests made within 48 hours, may not be accommodated.

GIFT CARD POLICIES

GIFT CARDS CAN ONLY BE USED FOR CHARGES INCURRED AT THE RESTAURANT AND CANNOT BE USED FOR PRE-DEPOSITS OR RESERVATIONS.

GUESTS HOLDING GIFT CARDS MUST MAKE A RESERVATION WITH THE COMPLETE PRE-DEPOSIT AMOUNT

UPON ARRIVAL AT 1856 – CULINARY RESIDENCE, GUESTS IN POSSESSION OF A GIFT CARD SHOULD INFORM THEIR SERVER TO BE REFUNDED FOR THEIR RESERVATION PRE-DEPOSIT.

AFTER THE REFUND PROCESS HAS BEEN INITIATED, THE GIFT CARD CAN THEN BE USED TO COVER CHARGES INCURRED DURING THE DINING EXPERIENCE, UP TO ITS VALUE.

ANY REMAINING BALANCE AFTER THE DINING EXPERIENCE CAN BE USED FOR FUTURE VISITS.
